2015 Savour Award for Australia’s Best Seafood Restaurant

Brisbane was a busy city on Monday the 26th of October with the 2015 Savour Restaurant and Catering awards. C Seafood & Oyster Bar received an award on the evening for one of Australia’s top finalist in  ”Best Seafood Restaurant”

It is a humbling award and we are so very proud to have received it, being recognised as one of Australia’s top seafood restaurant is something that we have been working hard towards since the opening of C Seafood & Oyster Bar some two years ago.

C Seafood & Oyster Bar is so proud to be apart of the restaurant community and are very grateful for all our customers new and old for all the support you have shown, this award is a welcome addition to our other awards and we will strive to deliver the best quality that we are now becoming known for.

Spring Garden Parties

Official Launch: The Spring Garden Parties at C Seafood & Oyster Bar – Starting 18th September 2015 then every Friday 5pm-7pm.

 

The Stage Is Set: The flowers are blooming, the winter jackets are going back into storage, and C Seafood & Oyster Bar is getting its SPRING ON!!!

 

While Canberra has been slowly thawing, C Seafood & Oyster Bar has been hard at work preparing its New Spring  Lunch, Dinner, Tapas and Cocktail menu.

 

To usher-in the good times, C Seafood & Oyster Bar will be throwing an absolute cracker of a Spring Garden party Friday, 18th of September 2015, from 5-7pm. There shall be $1 oysters, sensational cocktails, blockbuster tapas, live music, and lots of pure awesomeness!!!

Truffle Season Dinners 

This event is  not to be missed. This event is a 7 course degustation featuring truffles, caviar and fresh seasonal produce paired with Mt Majura wines. Special guest’s for the evening include  Furgus McGhie from Mt Majura Vineyard, Jayson Mesman from Mt Majura Truffle Farm and Janet Gavey from The Essential Ingredient. Thursday the 28th of July 630 for 7pm start. Bookings are essential as places are limited $250 per person

30 minuet Eat “n” Run Lunch

Short on time for lunch? With Uber just a tap away why not come down to the Foreshore and enjoy our Eat “n” Run Lunch. Tuesday to Friday 12pm – 2:30pm, only $20 per person, choose from three select boards. Please see the menu option for more information

After popular demand we are now doing take away. You can now enjoy some of our popular dishes including our famous oysters in the comfort of your home.

Sunday Feasts 

Sundays are a time for relaxing, recovery and spending time with friends and family. We are making your Sunday’s easier with our new banquet “Ultimate Sunday Feast” served lunch and dinner every Sunday. Bookings are essential and a minimum of  36 hours notice and 10 people are required. Please see the menu option for more information. See you Sunday.

Quality Local Produce

Fresh seafood in Canberra can be difficult to source, however we have established relationships with fresh seafood suppliers, fishermen and oyster growers,  sourcing fresh seafood and oysters daily. All our oysters are shucked to order and sourced from the finest farms around the South Coast. Our dishes are created around the natural and fresh flavors of the seafood and you know that you will be getting the best and freshest quality available with fun friendly service, you may even catch Chef at the markets in the mornings hand selecting some of the daily produce.
